Este erro requer troca da unidade do laser "printhead", é comum neste equipamento. Se ele fizer uma sequência grande de impressões num período curto de tempo sugiro o uso de ar condicionado ou não permitir acúmulo de folhas na saída. Em alguns casos após resfriamento da impressora ela volta a funcionar, vale para a E450 também.

Esse seu problema como ja falaram é no laser..
porem o reset é da seguinte forma desliga preciona o botão do meio comfirmar e o botão voltar juntos e liga a maquina assim vc entra no menu da maquina. |
