Estava olhando o manual e ali diz:

se der código #04-001

1. Replace the Main board.
2. If the problem persists after replacing the Main board, replace the LSU unit.
Traduzindo: Troque a placa principal.
Se o problema persistir após trocar o PWB, trocar o laser

#04-002

1. Replace the LSU unit
2. Check the 24V power. If the voltage is not occurred, replce the SMPS board.
3. Check the motor connector, MAIN-PBA connector.

Mas você informou #04-000. É isto mesmo? Você baixou o manual?
